Frequent Riders Club is a program that rewards you for shopping with Benalla Motorcycles and Power Equipment. Every time you purchase motorcycles related apparel, tyres, accessories, oil and spareparts* you earn points that can be redeemed for dollars off your next purchases. Simply present your card when making a purchase.
Each time you purchase with us you are allocated 1 point for every dollar you spend. When you have reached certain levels of reward points, you can cash in your points for credit. As a Club Member, you'll receive exclusive bonus offers to help you reach your reward levels faster. Throughout the year there are bonus points available on selected items.

When your points have reached a certain level, you can choose to redeem your points for a credit or you can let your points build up to other level. If you reach the 1000 point mark you must redeem your $100 credit and your point tally will start again.

Terms & Conditions of Reward Membership
- You must have a minimum of 100 Club points to redeem you Club points and you may only redeem your Club points in multiples of 100 points ($10).
- To redeem you Frequent Riders Club points, present you Frequent Riders Club card and any further identification requested when you make your purchase at Benalla Motorcycle and Power Equipment (BMPE). You will be required to sign a receipt for your redemption.
- Frequent Riders Club Points may be redeemed for any motorcycle related apparel, tyres and accessories at BMPE but may be subject to restrictions set by BMPE from time to time. You should check any restrictions that may be in place before redeeming you Frequent Riders Club Points.
- Points will only be allocated to transactions paid in full.
- No change will be given for purchases valued at less than the face value of the Frequent Riders Club points you are redeeming.
- Points cannot be collected on point redemption transactions, discounted items or specials, or workshop labour costs.
- Frequent Riders Club Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If you obtain a refund for any goods or services purchased using your Frequent Riders Club Card, and any Frequent Riders Club Points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your Frequent Riders Club account.
- If you obtain a refund for any goods or services purchased using your Frequent Riders Club Points in partial or full payment, you will receive a Credit to the value of the Frequent Riders Club points you redeemed.
- If your account is in active for over 12 months at any time your points will be forfeited. BMPE reserves the right to modify the Frequent Riders Club Program at any time without prior notification.
Membership in the Frequent Riders Club will be cancelled immediately and all accumlated Frequent Riders Club Points will be forfeited if a Frequent Riders Club Member is caught shop-lifting or defrauding the Frequent Riders Club Program in any way.
